LINUS Bikes

At first glance the Linus bikes appear to be out of place with our regular Mad Duck machines. Surrounded by ultra sleek carbon race rigs and the muscular mountain bikes, these simple, elegant bikes play a key role in out bicycle culture. Basic, simple and utilitarian, these beautiful machines are made to handle those short trips around town, and do it in style.
Inspired by French bicycle design of the 50s and 60s we have created a bicycle that preserves the simple elegance and pure form of that golden era, but has all the benefits of modern comfort and reliability. LINUS is the utilitarian city bike… simple and reliable, but with a personality and style that makes you feel like you’re in an old French movie… you’re floating a little from the wine you drank at lunch… maybe instead of going back to the office you’ll take a nap under a tree, go for a swim in the sea or drop by your lover’s house…

Gaston
With it’s underslung handlebars this single speed gets your weight forward and your wheels moving. Simple and clean like the Roadster Classic but with pleasure of hand brakes. The free wheel hub can be flipped to fixed if you so choose… but we prefer coasting. Also valuable in 3 and 5 speed versions!

Dutchi
This is your classic Dutch bike, a sweeping curved frame and refined upright posture make it the elegant choice for trips to the market or just riding down the boulevard. Available in 1, 3 and 8 speed models!

Dover
This stripped down single speed is our cleanest and lightest Mixte, the underslung bars gets your weight forward and your wheels moving, an absolute pleasure to ride… the free wheel hub can be flipped to fixed if you so choose… but we prefer coasting. Also available in a 5 Speed.

This stripped down, elegant ride is the bicycle in its purest form. A simple, clean profile inspired by French and Italian cinema from the 50’s and 60’s.

Roadster Sport
This is the ultimate gentleman’s ride. Classic steel fenders, 3-speeds and a distinguished character make it perfect for heading to the office or touring the avenue. Also available as an 8 speed!

Mixte
This sporty ride is a timeless classic with its signature diagonal line and streamline profile. Looks good in trousers. Available in 3 speed and 8 speed.
